(14 verbalisations contre le non-respect de l&rsquo;interdiction de manifester le 19 Avril suite au projet de dissolution de Darmanin dans\u00a0les 5 arrondissements de Lyon.<\/p>\n<p>Le PPE a rejet\u00e9 ce mardi 27 juin la loi sur la restauration de 20 % des terres europ\u00e9ennes et zones maritimes\u00a0( Green Deal Europ\u00e9en). Mais cession pl\u00e9ni\u00e8re du parlement europ\u00e9en en Juillet .<\/p>\n<p>Interpellation \u00e0 tort de notre coll\u00e8gue EELV F\u00e9lix Blanc : \u00e9cologie, anti-terrorisme et libert\u00e9s publiques.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ce que tout cela dit de notre \u00c9tat de droit.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Mardi 20 juin, F\u00e9lix Blanc, adh\u00e9rent EELV, est arr\u00eat\u00e9 chez lui par les services de l\u2019anti-terrorisme, pour la\u00a0participation \u00e0 une action \u2026 \u00e0 laquelle il n\u2019\u00e9tait pas. Porte fractur\u00e9e, menottes pass\u00e9es aux poignets devant\u00a0sa femme et son fils de 7 ans, puis 36 heures de garde \u00e0 vue kafka\u00efenne sur la base d\u2019une photo \u2026 qu\u2019on\u00a0refuse de lui montrer pendant plusieurs heures.<br \/>\nVoil\u00e0 le type de situation disproportionn\u00e9e \u00e0 laquelle conduit l\u2019application aveugle des lois s\u00e9paratisme et\u00a0de surveillance des activit\u00e9s num\u00e9riques.<\/p>\n<p><em>Sur quelles bases se sont appuy\u00e9s les services de l\u2019anti-terrorisme pour cibler notre coll\u00e8gue F\u00e9lix Blanc ?\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>Comment s\u2019est d\u00e9roul\u00e9e cette garde \u00e0 vue ?
