Son \u00ab crime \u00bb ? : Soutenir la r\u00e9sistance palestinienne en vertu du droit international.\u00a0<br>Elle est convoqu\u00e9e en justice le 17 septembre 2025. L\u2019audience initialement pr\u00e9vue en mai 2026 a \u00e9t\u00e9 avanc\u00e9e de 8 mois. N\u2019y aurait-il pas l\u00e0 un coup de pouce du ministre Darmanin ? En tout cas, cette pr\u00e9cipitation ressemble \u00e0 s\u2019y m\u00e9prendre \u00e0 une d\u00e9monstration suppl\u00e9mentaire de la politique r\u00e9pressive du gouvernement.<br>Les griefs de \u00ab<em> provocation \u00e0 la haine ou \u00e0 la violence \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard d\u2019une personne ou d\u2019un groupe, une nation, une race, ou une religion d\u00e9termin\u00e9e, en l\u2019esp\u00e8ce la population juive<\/em> \u00bb \u00e9voqu\u00e9s dans la convocation sont reproch\u00e9s \u00e0 Zo\u00e9. On lui fait grief \u00e9galement d\u2019affirmer son soutien inconditionnel \u00e0 la r\u00e9sistance palestinienne. En clair, le dossier est vide, et l\u2019objectif est limpide : faire taire les soutiens au peuple palestinien en instrumentalisant la lutte l\u00e9gitime contre l\u2019antis\u00e9mitisme.<br><br>Le pouvoir veut une nouvelle fois utiliser la justice pour <strong>criminaliser le mouvement de solidarit\u00e9 internationale<\/strong>. Des personnalit\u00e9s, des institutions, des \u00c9tats se r\u00e9veillent enfin et commencent \u00e0 d\u00e9noncer cette guerre atroce et criminelle.
