Il a dirig\u00e9 les ouvrages \u00c9tranger et citoyen, les immigr\u00e9s et la d\u00e9mocratie locale et Citoyens d\u2019Europe, des \u00e9trangers qui votent.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-762 aligncenter\" src=\"http:\/\/site.ldh-france.org\/idf\/files\/2018\/03\/t\u00e9l\u00e9charg\u00e9-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"262\" height=\"393\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left\">Mais l\u2019auteur ne se contente pas, dans son livre, d\u2019analyser tous les m\u00e9andres du d\u00e9bat fran\u00e7ais et des exp\u00e9riences consultatives et \u00e9lectives locales men\u00e9es en amont, et les d\u00e9bats parlementaires sur le sujet. Il fait un \u00e9tat des lieux de la situation internationale sur ce point, en montrant que certains pays n\u2019ont attendu ni l\u2019Europe, ni la mont\u00e9e des intol\u00e9rances pour ajouter un surplus de d\u00e9mocratie \u00e0 leur vie locale.
