Les Hautes Parties Contractantes, mues par des sentiments de justice et d’humanit\u00e9 aussi bien que par le d\u00e9sir d’assurer une paix mondiale durable, et en vue d’atteindre les buts \u00e9nonc\u00e9s dans ce pr\u00e9ambule, approuvent la pr\u00e9sente Constitution de l’Organisation Internationale du Travail.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n
