L<\/span><\/span><\/span>e Mouvement de la Paix et le Caf\u00e9-Philo,
\nen partenariat avec la mairie, s’associent pour organiser au Coat Ka\u00ebr vendredi
\n24 avril, \u00e0 20 h 30, une soir\u00e9e qui sortira de l’ordinaire. Ils invitent, en
\neffet, Bernard Gerland, un com\u00e9dien de 69ans, domicili\u00e9 \u00e0 Lyon, qui parcourt la
\nFrance depuis plusieurs ann\u00e9es pour pr\u00e9senter un \u00abspectacle\u00bb totalement
\natypique baptis\u00e9 \u00abMa guerre d’Alg\u00e9rie\u00bb. Le succ\u00e8s est au rendez-vous, puisqu’il
\nen a d\u00e9j\u00e0 donn\u00e9 environ 300 repr\u00e9sentations.<\/p>\n

Sa propre histoire <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Bernard Gerland conna\u00eet parfaitement son sujet, puisqu’il raconte sur sc\u00e8ne sa
\npropre histoire. Il a \u00e9t\u00e9 mobilis\u00e9 en Afrique du Nord pendant deux ans, de 1960
\n\u00e0 1962, apr\u00e8s y \u00eatre all\u00e9 \u00e0 reculons. Comme il l’explique lui-m\u00eame, \u00abje partais
\navec une conception d’humaniste mais j’entrais dans la guerre et la barbarie\u00bb.
\nBernard Gerland, qui a fait plusieurs m\u00e9tiers dans sa vie, a approch\u00e9
\ntardivement le monde du th\u00e9\u00e2tre ; et l’envie de raconter sa guerre est le fruit
\nd’un tr\u00e8s long m\u00fbrissement. Pouss\u00e9 par d’autres com\u00e9diens, il a d’abord
\nentrepris un travail de m\u00e9moire qui s’est achev\u00e9 par la r\u00e9daction d’un livre,
\npubli\u00e9 en 1995 (Editions Golias), puis par l’\u00e9laboration d’un v\u00e9ritable
\nspectacle qui ressemble \u00e0 la prestation sc\u00e9nique d’un conteur, avec un discret
\njeu de sc\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n

\u00abEnorme silence\u00bb <\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

Le \u00abr\u00e9cit\u00bb lui-m\u00eame dure un peu plus d’une heure, et Bernard Gerland entame
\nensuite un dialogue fructueux avec le public. Comme l’a tr\u00e8s bien dit un autre
\nauteur, Bernard Sigg, \u00abla guerre d’Alg\u00e9rie n’est pas termin\u00e9e. Elle se poursuit
\ndans cet \u00e9norme silence qu’elle a creus\u00e9 en nous.\u00bb<\/p>\n
