Aux 580 000 d\u00e9clar\u00e9s, il faut rajouter les gardes \u00e0 vue li\u00e9es aux d\u00e9lits routiers (de 150\u00a0000 \u00e0 250\u00a0000 selon les estimations) qui sont comptabilis\u00e9es \u00e0 part. Ces lacunes statistiques sont point\u00e9es dans un contexte de remise en cause du recours aux gardes \u00e0 vue en France. Les gardes \u00e0 vue officielles ont augment\u00e9 de 72\u00a0% de 2001 \u00e0 2009 !
