Suite \u00e0 l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e de Kurdes en Corse, Eric Besson pr\u00e9voit dans un avant-projet de loi de restreindre les droits des demandeurs d&rsquo;asile. Il propose notamment de cr\u00e9er des zones d&rsquo;attente sur tout le territoire (et non seulement aux principales fronti\u00e8res a\u00e9roportuaires) ce qui permettra de l\u00e9gitimer la privation imm\u00e9diate de libert\u00e9 des personnes. Il souhaite \u00e9galement restreindre fortement les pr\u00e9rogatives du juge des libert\u00e9s et de la d\u00e9tention.
