Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cet engorgement, les proc\u00e9dures vont \u00eatre acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9es (un juge unique) et il est demand\u00e9 aux Etats de tenir compte des jurisprudences de la Cour. Ainsi les requ\u00eates sur les sujets concern\u00e9s ne seraient plus n\u00e9cessaires.
