Explications.<\/p>\n<p>Jusqu&rsquo;en 2008, la demande et l&rsquo;obtention d&rsquo;un titre de s\u00e9jour pour un \u00e9tudiant \u00e9tranger \u00e9tait gratuits. Depuis janvier 2009, le renouvellement du titre de s\u00e9jour est tax\u00e9 entre 55 et 70\u20ac. A partir du 1er janvier 2012, cette taxe co\u00fbtera entre 200 et 385\u20ac, \u00e0 quoi s&rsquo;ajoutera une \u00ab\u00a0contribution\u00a0\u00bb de 110\u20ac, payable au moment du d\u00e9p\u00f4t de la demande, et non remboursable en cas de refus&#8230;Voir tous les d\u00e9tails dans les articles des Echos et de Rue 89, en lien en d\u00e9but de cet article.<\/p>\n<p>Gu\u00e9ant avait essay\u00e9 de calmer le jeu, devant le toll\u00e9 provoqu\u00e9 par sa circulaire du 31 ao\u00fbt sur les \u00e9tudiants \u00e9trangers, et avait d\u00e9clar\u00e9 \u00eatre pr\u00eat \u00e0 revoir sa copie.
